How we handle your information

Privacy & Policy.

Effective date: 30-MAY-2026

Last updated: 30-MAY-2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you visit intunezwetrust.com (the “site”), submit a booking inquiry, or otherwise interact with our services.

Two parties act as joint data controllers for the personal information described here:

  • DJ Tunez, the artist
  • BT Group / BTLLC Management, the artist’s management company

Throughout this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to both jointly. Our shared contact point for any data-related matter is btllcmanagement@gmail.com.

Because we receive booking inquiries and visitors from anywhere in the world, this policy is written with applicable global standards in mind, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA), and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Where these laws give you specific rights, you can exercise them by contacting us at the address above.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Booking inquiries

When you submit a booking inquiry through the site, we collect the information you provide to us, which may include:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number (optional)
  • Your company or organization (optional)
  • Event name, venue, location, and date
  • Requested set duration
  • Offer or budget you propose
  • Any additional notes you choose to share

If you submit an inquiry through our conversational booking concierge, we also collect the chat transcript of your conversation. This includes your messages and the assistant’s replies.

2.2 Technical information

When you visit the site, we automatically collect limited technical information:

  • A hashed (irreversibly scrambled) version of your IP address, used to detect abuse and enforce rate limits. We never store your raw IP address.
  • Aggregated and anonymized page-view metrics through Vercel Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites.
  • Standard server logs (timestamps, paths requested, response codes) retained for short-term operational purposes.

2.3 What we do not collect

We do not collect:

  • Payment information — we never process payments through the site
  • Government-issued identification numbers
  • Health or biometric data
  • Tracking cookies for advertising
  • Personal information from anyone under 16 years of age

3. How we use your information

We use the information you provide for the following purposes only:

  • To respond to your booking inquiry and arrange any resulting engagement
  • To verify the inquiry is genuine and prevent spam, abuse, or fraud
  • To keep records of inquiries and engagements for accounting and legal purposes
  • To improve the site, the booking concierge, and our communication processes
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations

We do not use your information for advertising. We do not profile you. We do not make automated decisions that affect you in any legally significant way. The conversational booking concierge uses AI to help format your inquiry; it does not decide whether your booking is accepted — a human reviews every inquiry.

4. Lawful basis for processing (EU/UK visitors)

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the following lawful bases under GDPR / UK GDPR:

Performance of a contract or steps prior to one: when you submit a booking inquiry, processing your information is necessary to consider and respond to your request.

Legitimate interests: for security, abuse prevention, technical operation of the site, and basic anonymous analytics. We have assessed these interests against your rights and concluded that the processing is proportionate.

Legal obligation: where the law requires us to retain or disclose information.

You can object to processing based on legitimate interests at any time by contacting us.

5. Service providers and where data is processed

We use trusted third-party providers to operate the site. Each provider has their own privacy policy and security practices.

5.1 Service providers

Vercel — hosts the site and provides cookieless analytics. United States.

Sanity.io — stores our content and records of booking inquiries. European Union.

Resend — sends transactional emails (booking notifications). United States, processing via Amazon SES.

Upstash — provides short-term session storage and rate-limit counters. United States or European Union depending on region selected.

Cloudflare — provides bot protection (Turnstile). Globally distributed.

Google (Gemini AI) — processes the natural-language content of your booking inquiry to format it for our team. United States. See Section 5.3 for important details.

5.2 International transfers

Some of these providers are based outside your country of residence. Where required by law (for example, transfers of EU/UK personal data to the United States), we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable, or equivalent mechanisms under UK and Nigerian law.

5.3 A note on AI processing

Our booking concierge uses Google’s Gemini AI to read your messages and pull out structured details (your name, event date, venue, and so on). This means the text you write in the chat is sent to Google for processing.

Currently, this processing happens on Google’s free tier, which allows Google to use prompts and outputs to improve its services. We disclose this in the booking concierge interface itself, and we recommend not entering sensitive personal information beyond what the form asks for. If you would prefer not to use AI processing, you can use the regular form provided as an alternative on the same page.

We are actively evaluating paid AI processing that excludes training use. We will update this policy when this changes.

6. How long we keep your information

We keep your information only as long as we need it:

  • Booking inquiries: 12 months from the date of submission, after which they are deleted unless a legal or contractual reason requires us to keep them longer.
  • Email correspondence: retained for as long as the business relationship requires, then archived or deleted.
  • Hashed IP addresses and rate-limit data: short-term, typically less than 30 days.
  • Anonymized analytics data: indefinitely, as it cannot be linked to you.

If you ask us to delete your information earlier, we will do so where we are not legally required to keep it.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights over your personal information:

Access — the right to know what information we hold about you and obtain a copy.

Correction — the right to ask us to fix information that is wrong or out of date.

Deletion — the right to ask us to delete your information.

Restriction — the right to ask us to limit how we use your information.

Objection — the right to object to our use of your information based on legitimate interests.

Portability — the right to receive your information in a portable format.

Withdraw consent — where we rely on consent, the right to withdraw it at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at btllcmanagement@gmail.com with a clear description of your request. We may need to verify your identity before responding. We will reply within 30 days, or sooner where required by law.

If you live in California, you have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. We do not sell personal information.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In Nigeria, this is the Nigeria Data Protection Commission (NDPC). In the EU, contact your national authority. In the UK, contact the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information:

  • All connections to the site are encrypted using HTTPS.
  • Booking inquiries are stored in access-controlled systems.
  • Access to your information is limited to people who need it to handle your inquiry.
  • We use bot protection and rate limits to prevent abuse.
  • We never store payment card information.

No system is perfectly secure. If we ever discover a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as required by law.

9. Children

The site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us at btllcmanagement@gmail.com and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top. For material changes, we will give clearer notice on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
